We are excited to welcome our distinguished guest speaker, Dr. Gregory Howard, Senior Pastor of Union Branch Baptist Church in Chesterfield, VA., who will bring a dynamic and inspiring message giving thanks and honoring Pastor and First Lady Ballard.
